Dinner with Laurent-Perrier at Spruce
Thursday, October 8th 
Join us for an evening dedicated to one of Champagne's most storied houses as we gather at Spruce in San Francisco for a dinner with Laurent-Perrier. Hosting the evening will be Lucie Pereyre de Nonancourt, representing the family behind the house, joined by K&L Champagne Buyer Gary Westby. Over five courses, guests will taste through a rare vertical of Grand Siècle, Laurent-Perrier's prestige non-vintage cuvée built from a blend of exceptional years, spanning Iterations 22 through 27, including a magnum of Iteration 24. The lineup continues with two vintages of Grand Siècle Réserves, both in magnum, before finishing with Cuvée Alexandra Rosé, a wine made only in the finest vintages, in both the 2012 and a magnum of the 2006. Our setting, Spruce, is a Presidio Heights mainstay known for its refined, seasonal cooking and one of San Francisco's best wine lists, offering a fitting backdrop for a night built around one of Champagne's grand houses. Those in New York can join us Tuesday, Oct 6, 2026 at Café Carmellini, which is housed within the Fifth Avenue Hotel in NoMad. The dining room's sumptuous, Gilded Age-inspired design offers a fitting backdrop for a night built around Grand Siècle.
