Hi there,

Being a dad is the greatest privilege of my life. It's also exhausting.

Most days, I'm balancing work, family, travel, and trying to be fully present for all of it. I've learned that when I stop taking care of myself, I don't just feel it myself—I bring it home. My patience gets shorter. My energy disappears. I become a less present husband, dad, friend, and leader.

When my son arrived, sleep got shorter and life got fuller. This is the stack that's helping me keep up these days:

Wonder Day in the morning for steady energy and mental clarity

Wonder Calm when the day starts moving faster than I'd like

Wonder Sleep so I can actually recover and wake up ready to do it all again

If you're celebrating a dad this weekend—or if you're a dad who's spent most of his time taking care of everyone else—consider this a reminder that taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's part of showing up for the people you love.

Happy Father's Day,

Hudson
