I made a Fragrance World

Fri 9:02 PMouithepeople

Hi ,

This week we’re introducing something I’ve been thinking about for a long time.

A Fragrance World.

Not one scent. Not a signature. But a collection of fragrances designed to move with you.

When I started working on fragrance, I kept coming back to the same feeling. The idea that we’re not just one version of ourselves. But the fragrance industry often asks us to be. One signature scent. A beastmode fragrance that arrives before you do. Or a dupe of something that already exists. That never felt true to me.

Because scent, the way I know it, has always been tied to memory. To place. To culture. To moments that shift and stay with you. So instead of building one fragrance, I built five stories.

Each one comes from the heart:

WINDOW FRUIT - inspired by fruit passed hand to hand in sunlit rooms.
A milky floral guava.

CARIBBEAN SKIN - inspired by late nights in Brooklyn, when you first feel yourself becoming.
A warm, tart Tamarind skin musk.

SUNDAY LIME - inspired by sea air, salt on skin, and the quiet joy of the day winding down.
A mineral vanilla.

SOUK HONEY - inspired by wandering through markets, where sweetness unfolds slowly over time.
A honeyed floral.

ISLAND MILK - inspired by spiced milk tea, shared and passed between generations.
A creamy, spiced gourmand.

From a perfumer’s perspective, I wanted these to sit close to the skin. Warm. Textural. Alive.
Something that evolves with you, rather than announces you. You can wear them individually.
Or layer them depending on who you are that day. My goal is to create a fragrance world you move through and that moves with you.

If you’re not sure where to start, we made a Discovery Set with all five fragrance so you can find your chapter. Available for pre-order now.

Thank you for being here, and for letting me build something like this with you.

With love,
Karen
