Here you can browse all our recent additions on the website. ![]() First, with our UGCB Grand Bordeaux Tasting in San Francisco next week, we’re ramping up for all things Bordeaux and are excited to announce the 2020 Beau-Séjour Bécot, St-Emilion is now back in stock! Don’t miss out on a wine that notoriously fussy Bordeaux critic Lisa Perrotti-Brown calls, “Simply stunning.” Composed primarily of Merlot, Neal Martin of Vinous cautions, “This is not to be underestimated.” One thing to not overestimate is how long we’ll be able to keep this “absolute expression of place” in stock. Next, for those celebrating Dry January we have an artisanal selection of dealcoholized wines from Prima Pave. Pair the Prima Pave Bianca d'Or, made from Gewürztraminer and Pinot Grigio from Friuli, Northern Italy, with a Chinese chicken salad. The Prima Pave Fiamma , composed of the ancient Susumaniello grape of Southern Italy, loves light snacks and grilled fare. Finally, Redwood Empire 8 Year Old "Haystack Needle" Single Barrel #2167 Straight Bourbon Whiskey showcases the distillery's remarkable rise from a converted apple cannery in 2014 to a craft powerhouse with fully estate-aged stocks. This standout release, distilled in 2016 and bottled at a natural 119 proof without chill-filtration, features an unusual and compelling mashbill of 72% corn, 18% raw rye, 5% wheat, and 5% malted barley. It's a testament to their patience and vision, which now delivers properly matured, high-caliber bourbon that's nearly impossible to secure these days.
