Using only your senses, you’ll attempt to identify the grape variety, region, and even the vintage. Taste your way through a selection of mystery wines from classic regions around the world, with expert guidance from our knowledgeable K&L staff.

“Unmissable South American Values” shines a light on wines that continue to be quietly overlooked, even as South America plays an increasingly important role in today’s wine landscape. While global interest in the region has been steadily building, these bottles are still too often passed over in favor of more familiar origins, despite their clear sense of place and consistent performance at accessible price points. This lineup of delicious gems has been hand-selected by Southern Hemisphere buyer Rachael Ryan, a Master of Wine candidate, with a focus on wines that show why this corner of the world deserves far more attention than it usually gets.

Join us for a compelling look at Burgundy’s 2024 vintage, featuring a focused selection from Paul Pernot, including some stellar Premier & Grand Cru selections! The vintage unfolded under demanding conditions, but those challenges ultimately sharpened focus in the vineyard, rewarding our lineup of attentive growers with wines defined by balance, freshness, and clear site expression. Compared with recent warm vintages, 2024 leans toward moderate alcohols and structural lift, drawing stylistic parallels to cooler, classically framed years while remaining distinctly contemporary. As a bonus, this tasting includes a 2015 Burgundy, offering a direct contrast between a warm, powerful year and the tension-forward profile emerging in 2024.

K&L Wine Merchants is once again honored to present the 2023 vintage of Bordeaux Grands Crus in partnership with the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux (UGCB). Come and taste alongside 65+ château owners and distinguished estate representatives, offering an insider’s glimpse into the newest chapter of Bordeaux’s storied legacy.
