Seatings at 5:00PM and 8:00PM. Every ticket to this intimate dinner and guided tasting includes a bottle of the newly released Ardbeg Dolce to take home. Five expressions, three courses, and one of Islay's great distilleries at the center of it all.

Ardbeg has been producing whisky on the southern shore of Islay since 1815, and few distilleries inspire the kind of devotion it does. The smoke is unmistakable, but it's the complexity underneath — the brine, the sweetness, the almost uncanny balance — that keeps people coming back. This evening is a chance to explore that range across five of the distillery's most acclaimed current releases, with each pour guided and in good company.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail crafted with Ardbeg Scotch before moving into dinner at Vandell. The kitchen opens with house olives and bar nuts, followed by a first course of fresh crudo or slow-cooked pork ribs, a main of steak frites, and mandarine budino to finish.

Join Jim Gaffigan as we celebrate his bourbon project Fathertime Bourbon, a small-batch label he co-founded in 2024 with filmmaker Stu Pollard as a personal exploration into whiskey. Developed as a non-distillery producer, the brand focuses on hand-selected Kentucky barrels released as “precious batches,” with each name reflecting the milestones and challenges of fatherhood—because, as Gaffigan often jokes, parenting is the ultimate endurance sport. “Bourbon is basically adulting juice,” and each bottle captures that same humor alongside his direct involvement in selecting and shaping the final blend of every batch.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we encourage guests to arrive early! Precheck will begin at 12 PM. This event DOES NOT include a bourbon tasting. No purchase is necessary to attend, and admission will be based on arrival time, with guests welcomed in order of the line.
