First, with the much-welcomed rosé season fast approaching, the 2025 Domaine de Fondrèche Ventoux Rosé presents an alluring case-buy opportunity. Now fully certified organic, this vivacious blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache from 35-year-old vines delivers ripe nectarine, strawberry, white cherry, and fresh herbs, carried by a bright, focused acidity that makes each sip feel like Mont Ventoux sunshine in a glass. Next, if you've ever wanted to explore the magic of a mature Pomerol at its peak, the 2000 La Cabanne, Pomerol is a rare opportunity. At 26 years of age, this small-production Pomerol neighbors Trotanoy and Clinet and is drinking beautifully, with layers of red and black fruits, truffle, forest floor and silky, mouth-coating tannins. Offered with impeccable provenance, it is shipped directly from Bordeaux at a price that is practically unheard of. And if this has you dreaming of laying wine down for the future, we invite you to explore our 2025 Bordeaux Futures Campaign here: On the Trail. Finally, the 2022 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" is garnering serious attention, earning 95 to 98 points from Jasper Morris, who exclaimed, “Sign up for this!”—with Bill Nanson declaring it “Grand Vin for sure!” Drawn largely from vines planted as far back as 1948, this is a wine of structure and substance that rewards patience with its expansive drinking window. The rest of the recently arrived 2022s from Domaine William Fèvre have been earning widespread praise and are well worth a closer look.
