First, with the much-welcomed rosé season fast approaching, the 2025 Domaine de Fondrèche Ventoux Rosé presents an alluring case-buy opportunity. Now fully certified organic, this vivacious blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache from 35-year-old vines delivers ripe nectarine, strawberry, white cherry, and fresh herbs, carried by a bright, focused acidity that makes each sip feel like Mont Ventoux sunshine in a glass. Next, if you've ever wanted to explore the magic of a mature Pomerol at its peak, the 2000 La Cabanne, Pomerol is a rare opportunity. At 26 years of age, this small-production Pomerol neighbors Trotanoy and Clinet and is drinking beautifully, with layers of red and black fruits, truffle, forest floor and silky, mouth-coating tannins. Offered with impeccable provenance, it is shipped directly from Bordeaux at a price that is practically unheard of. The rest of the recently arrived 2022s from Domaine William Fèvre have been earning widespread praise and are well worth a closer look.
