Thursday, July 25th  Ever wonder why some wines make your mouth water and others leave your gums feeling dry? That's acid and tannin at work, and this session is built around understanding exactly what they are and why they matter. Thursday Wine School is a new monthly series at K&L designed to make wine more accessible and more interesting, one topic at a time. A great place to start.

Friday, July 24th  Great Champagne deserves a second toast, so we're revisiting some of the most beloved Champagnes to come through the K&L Wine Club to reunite members and newcomers alike with bottles that left a lasting impression. Saturday, July 25th  Champagne Pt. 2 is all about the growers. Following Friday's Greatest Hits, we're shifting focus to small estate producers crafting wines with personality and place that provide tremendous quality for what they cost. Compare these small producers to one of Champagne's true benchmarks and decide for yourself.
