Today we’re excited to offer another incredible duo of wines from Caelesta. Past releases from this producer have become some of our most popular and best-selling wines in recent years—and it’s easy to see why. The value here is nothing short of extraordinary.

This small Paso Robles estate crafts wines of real power and depth, packed with inky, concentrated fruit, yet balanced by impressive refinement and clear varietal character. There’s plenty of richness, but also the acidity and structure needed to keep everything lifted, layered, and beautifully defined on the palate. Stylistically, these wines hold their own alongside top Paso names like Denner, Epoch, L’Aventure, and My Favorite Neighbor—and they’re beginning to earn serious recognition from major critics as well.

With our Insider’s Advantage pricing, the quality-to-price ratio is simply off the charts. These are wines that would typically command $75 a bottle, now available for under $20—any night of the week. We secured special pricing on these end-of-vintage parcels, and quantities are extremely limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone—we took every last case available.

2021 Caelesta "Estate" Templeton Gap District Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon (Elsewhere $75)

94 points Wine Enthusiast: "Focused aromas of intense dark fruit are layered in tobacco and toasted wood on the nose of this bottling. Expertly polished yet still firm tannins that hold deep into the finish frame cassis and black plum flavors that are lifted by peppery spices. Expect this one to go long. Drink now-2041. *Cellar Selection* (MK)" (12/2024)

93 points Jeb Dunnuck: "Cassis, blue fruits, sappy herbs, cedar, and violets notes all shine in the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, a concentrated, medium to full-bodied Cabernet that has plenty of mid-palate depth, a nicely balanced mouthfeel, and ripe tannins. It's another seriously good, impeccably made wine from winemaker Brian Farrell. Drink bottles any time over the coming 15 years. 93+" (08/2024)

93 points James Suckling: "A vibrant and freshly scented nose with aromas of blackcurrants, pine resin, bell peppers and cloves. The palate is full-bodied with silky tannins and bright acidity, showing notes of plums, cedar and graphite. Very balanced and focused. Drink or hold." (08/2024)

93 points Vinous: "The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with dark depths of crushed stone, grilled herbs and spice, giving way to musky blackcurrants as it comes to life in the glass. Cool-toned yet pliant, it reveals waves of ripe wild berry fruits offset by a hint of citrus while an air of cedar slowly forms. Edgy tannins linger, balanced by a bump of residual acidity. The 2021 finishes long, with a sour citrus tinge that calls the taster back to the glass for more. (EG)" (06/2025)

2021 Caelesta "Block 10 - Estate" Templeton Gap District Paso Robles Syrah (Elsewhere $75) ($19.95)

2021 Caelesta "Block 10 - Estate" Templeton Gap District Paso Robles Syrah (Elsewhere $75)

95 points Jeb Dunnuck: "A powerhouse-styled beauty, the 2021 Syrah Block 10 is all varietal that spent 20 months in 65% new French oak, with a year in bottle before release. Ripe blackberries, ground pepper, sappy herbs, violets, and some Cornas-like gamey notes all emerge from this impressive 2021, a rich, full-bodied, concentrated Syrah that has tons of fruit, ripe tannins, and a focused, lengthy style on the finish. It's classic Paso Robles power done with balance and class." (08/2024)

94 points Wine Enthusiast: "Intense but expertly polished and cohesive aromas of dark fruit, spice and herb make for a very alluring nose on this bottling. The palate is more brooding in mouthfeel and heft, as layers of blueberry and acai cling to firm, sticky tannins and a clay-like minerailty. (MK)" (12/2024)
