We're beyond thrilled to see one of our favorite Châteauneuf-du-Pape producers receive some much-deserved recognition today. Awarded Wine Spectator's #7 Wine of the Year, 2020 Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe "La Crau" Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a true classic from the renowned La Crau vineyard. Consistently on the short list of our reference-point Châteauneuf producers, the 2020 release is a standout, perfectly bridging their old-school style with the modern era — reserved yet complex, and full of character. We’ve secured one final allocation to celebrate this exceptional vintage of Vieux Télégraphe, but with this brand-new accolade, we don’t expect it will be around for long.

Next, a 12-year-old single-vineyard grower Champagne for under $75: Fallet-Dart "Clos du Mont" Brut Champagne (2006). Vignerons since 1610, the Fallet-Dart label was established in 1970, equipped with generations of passed-down knowledge. Since their foundation, they have received numerous awards for their innovative philosophies and traditional expressions. This 80% Chardonnay Blanc de Noir balances the taut acidity of the dominant white grape with 12 years of lees aging, resulting in a Champagne that is both complex and vibrant. Perfect for holiday sipping—and all at an unbeatable price.

Last up is an incredibly valued Paso Robles red blend, available at 70% below market price: the 2019 Derby Estate "Fifteen 10" Templeton Gap District Paso Robles Red Blend. Sourced from Templeton Gap, the coolest AVA in notoriously sunny Paso Robles, this fruit-forward Rhône blend benefits from the cooling sea breezes, making it intensely aromatic with notes of pepper and mint. We’ve secured a small parcel at an unbeatable, market-low price that’s not to be missed.
