From Tasmania to Barossa & Beyond: A Taste of Australia Friday, April 4th  This tasting explores the full breadth of Australian wine, showcasing its often-underrepresented regions and the winemakers who define its character. We’ll journey as far down under as we can go, to the cool, mist-laden vineyards of Tasmania, where mineral-driven wines whisper the land’s secrets. Meanwhile, the deep-rooted vines of Barossa Valley hold memories of generations past, their fruit speaking in bold, unyielding tones. We’ll journey through Rutherglen, where time thickens in the barrel, turning Muscat into something almost eternal, while in Adelaide Hills, the restless spirit of innovation pushes boundaries with precision and grace. This tasting isn’t just about regions or grape varieties—it showcases some of Australia’s best producers who trust the land, listen to its rhythms, and transform its gifts into something worth sharing.

Nebbiolo in Focus: Exploring the Heart of Piedmont Saturday, April 5th  Piedmontese winemaking is built on patience, resilience, and a deep connection to the land. For generations, winemakers have tended these vineyards with quiet, almost monastic devotion. This philosophy of stewardship over spectacle is woven into the region’s culture, where tradition guides every step from vineyard to cellar. The producers in this tasting honor that legacy while continuing to shape the future of Piedmontese wine. Come in and explore the Italian region of Piedmont through Luigi Spertino’s sparkling Pinot Nero, aka Pinot Noir, with its refined bouquet of wild strawberries and brioche, as well as the legendary Gaja, with their unique Nebbiolo/Barbera blend. Of course, a true Piedmont tasting would be remiss without a heavy focus on the Nebbiolo grape which, at its core, embodies Piedmont’s spirit—delicate yet tenacious, austere yet expressive, evolving slowly but rewarding patience. These are wines that will immediately impress but also reveal their depth over time.
