Take home a full bottle of Hendrick's "Another Hendrick's" Scottish Gin with your ticket—yes, really—and join us for a spirited, sun-dappled evening on the charming patio at Petit Trois. “Hendrick’s Girl Dinner” is our take on the perfect happy hour: a little indulgent, effortlessly chic, and best enjoyed with great company. We’ll be joined by Hendrick’s Brand Ambassador Sarah Berardi as you sip on two perfectly chilled martinis—one featuring classic Hendrick’s, the other highlighting the all-new "Another Hendrick’s"—and graze your way through a selection of playful, elevated bites.

All alcoholic beverages will be provided by Hendrick’s and served exclusively by Petit Trois in accordance with their licensing. Lineup and menu are subject to change.

Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to one of Bordeaux’s most historic and iconic estates as we gather at République in Los Angeles for a wine dinner with Château Lafite Rothschild. Guiding the evening will be Olivier Gailly, Directeur Développement Commercial for Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), joined by K&L Bordeaux Buyer Ryan Moses.

For the price of a single bottle of First Growth Bordeaux, you will spend an evening at one of Los Angeles’ most compelling dining destinations, tasting four benchmark vintages of Château Lafite Rothschild—1990, 1998, 2009, and 2016—alongside two exceptional vintages of Château Rieussec, the Rothschild Sauternes. Guests will also have access to an extremely limited allocation of these wines, available exclusively to attendees.

Founded in the 17th century and anchored in Pauillac, Château Lafite is the result of a rare harmony of nature which continues to be created from vintage to vintage, for over a thousand seasons. Classified as a 1st Growth in 1855, the same family, for over 150 years, is guided by a continuity of vision, with a house style that remains unyielding, yet delicate, and subtle.

Our setting, République, is one of LA's most celebrated restaurants, housed in a historic 1929 building, recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and led by husband-and-wife chef duo Margarita Manzke, a James Beard Award winner, & Walter Manzke. With its warm, layered dining space and thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, the restaurant has continued to make its mark on the city’s culinary landscape and provides the perfect backdrop for this focused exploration of Bordeaux.

This exciting tasting, hosted by representatives from Eyrie Vineyards, traces a winery that helped establish Oregon’s modern wine identity, beginning with plantings by David Lett in the Dundee Hills in the 1965 that introduced Pinot Noir to the region and led to early international recognition at events like the 1979 Wine Olympics. Farming remains rooted in those original estate sites, including own-rooted vines, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir continuing to anchor the vineyards alongside a handful of lesser-seen varieties that reflect the estate’s longstanding experimental approach. That same continuity shapes current releases, where estate fruit, restrained cellar practices, and a focus on site expression continue to inform how the region evolves today.

Rooted in the limestone escarpments of southern Burgundy, these Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnays reflect generations of growers working the slopes beneath the Roche de Solutré, where the domaines in this lineup have shaped the appellation through site-specific bottlings and evolving Premier Cru designations. Domaine Renaud focuses on parcels such as “Aux Chailloux” and “Aux Bouthières,” highlighting soil variation within newly classified Premier Cru sites. Domaine Ferret, established in 1840, has long bottled individual lieux-dits like “Clos des Prouges” with detailed élevage choices and Château de Beauregard, once a feudal estate, farms historic vineyard holdings including “La Maréchaude” and “Les Vignes Blanches.” Together, these white Burgundy wines trace how geology, classification, and producer decisions converge in the glass, offering a close look at how Pouilly-Fuissé continues to redefine itself through its most precise vineyard expressions.

Exploring Champagne through grower estates and historic houses alike, this tasting highlights the role of family, vineyard inheritance, and village identity—an approach that resonates naturally on the eve of Mother’s Day. Chardonnay-driven bottlings from Grand Cru villages like Cramant and Avize sit alongside a 100% Pinot Noir Réserve from the Aube, illustrating the region's diverse terroir. The flight features multi-vintage blends like Louis Roederer’s “Collection 245,” which replaces a fixed house style with a rolling base vintage, while Billecart-Salmon’s rosé is built through the meticulous blending of still red wine rather than saignée, a method the house has maintained for generations. Across the lineup, long-held vineyard parcels and the continuity of family-run domaines offer a view into how Champagne is shaped as much by inheritance as by craft.
