Here you can browse all our recent additions on the website. ![]() Founded in 1680, Pierre Sparr has been a cornerstone of Alsace winemaking for over nine generations. In the 20th century, Pierre Sparr modernized the estate with a focus on quality and resilience—rebuilding after WWII and leading the charge on estate bottling. Today, the winery farms 15 hectares and sources from another 150 under like-minded growers. Now led by cellar master Alexandra Boudrot, who brings 12 years of Alsace experience and a passion for sustainability, Sparr’s wines remain among the region’s top values. Don’t miss the NV Pierre Sparr "Réserve" Crémant d'Alsace Brut—a gorgeously refreshing wine, perfect for the warm spring days ahead. Next, a high-scoring duo from Rhône royalty, Château Beaucastel. The 2022 Château Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc and 2022 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape represent the heights this appellation can achieve in vintages as excellent as 2022. Supple, powerful wines capable of aging for a decade or more, these collectible Rhône offerings are here—until they’re not. Finally, an extremely pretty Langhe Nebbiolo from one of the region's top producers. At under $30 a bottle, the 2023 Elio Grasso "Gavarini" Nebbiolo Langhe offers a refined, approachable take on Barolo terroir. Sourced from high-altitude, calcareous soils in the famed Gavarini vineyard, it delivers classic Nebbiolo notes—red cherry, rose, earth, and spice—with lift and finesse. Medium-bodied and finely structured, it's ready to enjoy now or cellar short-term. This is a perfect introduction to Elio Grasso’s elegant, traditionally made wines.
