When we launched goop Kitchen, our hope was to make it easier—and more delicious—for people to eat clean, vibrant, nutrient-dense food, even on the busiest days. But we know not everyone lives near one of our locations (yet), and some of you actually prefer cooking healthy meals yourself. And so, we bring you our new recipe series: goop Kitchen at Home.
Created in collaboration with our brilliant chefs, the series is meant to bring the goop Kitchen spirit into your own home, with simple, flavorful recipes built on seasonal, nourishing ingredients. Think of it as a little love note from our kitchen to yours: easy to follow, hard not to crave, and deeply satisfying.
We kicked things off with Brad’s Summer Tuna Salad—a dish that’s incredibly personal to me, and that so many of you made and loved. Today, I’m excited to share A Really goop Burger. Five years ago, I asked our team for a gluten-free turkey burger that actually tastes amazing. Many taste tests later… we think we nailed it.
We hope these recipes take the guesswork out of cooking and make you feel a little more joyful in the kitchen. That’s what it’s always been about for me.
