 | The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen returns June 19–21, bringing three days of cooking demonstrations, wine and spirits seminars, and expansive Grand Tastings back to the mountains.
Considered the unofficial kickoff to summer, the Classic brings together chefs and beverage professionals from across the country for a long weekend centered around great food, thoughtful conversation, and time well spent in Aspen. It's the kind of gathering people plan their early summer around—whether you're joining for the first time or returning to a favorite tradition.
As summer plans begin to take shape, tickets for the three-day weekend are selling quickly. A single Consumer Pass provides access to the experience, including multiple visits to the Grand Tasting Pavilion—where more than 200 vineyards, distilleries, chefs, and artisanal food producers come together—alongside a curated lineup of cooking demonstrations and beverage seminars led by the experts shaping food and drink today.
Within the Grand Tasting Pavilion, guests move at their own pace, stopping at the Food & Wine Wine Bar for editor-poured wines and cocktails and exploring the Best New Chefs corner, where rising talents share the dishes that first brought them national attention.
New this year, a limited number of early-morning Alpine Escape sessions offer a quieter way to begin the day. Guided hikes, yoga, and sound baths set against the Rockies provide a moment of calm before the pace shifts to tasting, conversation, and celebration. | | We look forward to welcoming you to Aspen. —The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen Team | | | | | Follow to see more of our stories on Google. | | | | | | Food & Wine is part of the People Inc. publishing family. | | | | |
