These Peppers Stuffed With Creamy Orzo and Chicken Are the Best Way to Eat Your Veggies

If you didn't think stuffed peppers could get fancy, think again.

I wasn't a fan of stuffed peppers until I tried these ones, filled with pasta and chicken. The smoked paprika amps up the flavor of the rotisserie chicken and pairs nicely with the sweet red bell peppers. Try using fresh mozzarella in the filling; it makes these even creamier.
