I usually turn leftover rice into fried rice, but this crispy salad from Renu Dhar is my new favorite way to use up the takeout carton lingering in the back of my fridge. Day-old rice gets deliciously crunchy in the air fryer when it's tossed with sesame oil. Shrimp, fresh herbs, and an umami-packed dressing tie everything together.
