Creamy blue cheese dressing, bacon crisped in brown sugar, and crisp iceberg come together beautifully in this steakhouse-inspired salad.

Wondering how to clean your lettuce for a wedge salad? If you leave a bit of the core on each wedge, the leaves will stay together while you gently rinse under cool water. (I use the sprayer for best results.) Drain well on paper towels so the garlicky vinaigrette clings to every leaf.
