Celebrating changemakers like Chelsea this Pride Month and beyond

This Pride Month, we're celebrating changemakers like Chelsea, a transgender woman who's dedicated to helping her community, including her LGBTQ+ neighbors, and treating people with kindness.

"I don't like to put myself in a box; I serve everybody because we're all God's children," she shared. "But I know the LGBTQ+ community often faces additional barriers, and it's important for them to have places where they feel safe and supported."

Chelsea's story and work are a testament to the impact one person can have in the movement to end hunger. "It's about more than just providing food,” she said, "We're building a stronger community together, and that's something to be proud of."
