Introducing: Pepijn Lanen

“I believe that every experience shapes you. Sometimes an experience is an unpleasant lesson, but even then, it is still important.”

There is never a clearly defined plan behind the creations of Dutch writer and musician, Pepijn: an idea unexpectedly surfaces, takes root, and he has to bring it to fruition. Without ever trying too hard. “Sometimes ideas are locked away, and the harder you want them to reveal themselves, the further away they get. If you can let that go, the ideas actually start flowing again one by one – and then suddenly, a thousand at a time.”

Pepijn is wearing the Balthazar in Satin Silver and the Jude in Fleur de Sel.
