Introducing: Clara Diez

“When I open the curtains in the morning, I see endless possibilities. I have a strong desire to go out into the world and start doing things.”

Focus for Clara, the Spanish founder and cheese activist, starts with standing still and creating space for thoughts. “With stopping whatever I’m doing and enabling my thoughts to actually activate. Silence helps them come alive. Going backwards, in terms of speed, is a step forward.” Once she’s ready to take on the day, she heads to her store, Formaje.
