This is a small production Chardonnay from the coastal mountains in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. The fruit here comes from vineyards just 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean and has tons of exposure to that maritime climate.
Fresh and lively with loads of stone fruit flavors and a minerally, almost salty finish. This is the type of clean Chardonnay we love this time of year!
"The 2023 Chardonnay Green Quartz was sourced from Casablanca. Fifty percent of the wine aged for six months in French oak barrels. Golden in hue, it delivers creamy, buttery aromas alongside notes of corn, apple and ginger. Indulgent and rich, the tasty, simple palate delivers balanced finish.
