2021 Furioso Trovato Chardonnay

Furioso Trovato is a Burgundian-style Chardonnay from the Yamhill-Carlton AVA in the Willamette Valley. Any Chardonnay drinkers getting tired of the oak-heavy, full-bodied California style will appreciate this lighter expression of the grape.
The Trovato Vineyard’s marine sedimentary soils lend a distinctive mineral edge, while aging in neutral French oak adds texture and quiet complexity without overshadowing the fruit.
Extremely inviting, it opens with notes of honeydew melon, white grapefruit, and ripe pear, layered with delicate hints of chamomile, shortbread, and fresh citrus. The palate is refined and energetic, balancing flavors of lemon curd, kiwi, and golden apple with lively acidity and a subtle, creamy texture.
This is a fun style of Chardonnay we can't wait for people to try!

"A wisp of honeydew melon melds with aromas of shortbread, Thai basil, gunflint and butter. This is a lighter-bodied Chardonnay where just enough acidity matches up with flavors of lemon, toasted marshmallow and white grapefruit. 2021 Tekstura Eagle's Crown Pinot Noir

We stay in Oregon for the first red at the table. Tekstura Eagle’s Crown Pinot Noir is a beautiful expression of Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, combining impressive concentration with the finesse and site-driven character that define great Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
Sourced from the Redford-Wetle Vineyard, farmed organically since its planting in 2006, and the winery favors fermentation in concrete for its red wines, followed by aging in neutral oak to preserve fruit purity and site expression.
This is serious Pinot Noir that gives off a Burgundy vibe. There is plenty of depth and intensity here, but the wine maintains a sense of freshness and precision that keeps everything beautifully balanced.
