Issimo's Rosé Prosecco hails from the tiny town of Refrontolo, right in the middle of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region which is known as the birthplace of Prosecco. Made traditionally with Pinot Noir and Glera grapes that are fermented and then refermented in the Charmat method to preserve quality.
It's no secret that Prosecco has gained popularity in recent years but the Rosé versions are still flying under the radar. This offers tremendous value and makes a truly phenomenal pairing for food or can be enjoyed all by itself.
