** We will build a beautiful charcuterie board live, step by step, sharing simple tips on pairing meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments to create a spread that looks as amazing as it tastes.
** Give you the ability to buy everything we talk about on the show, as well as some special one-day-only deals available while supplies last!
** Using the live chat function, give all of you the ability to ask questions as we go, as well as ask any additional questions when it comes to anything else gourmet!

2020 Mt. Beautiful Chardonnay

People see New Zealand and automatically think the only white wine they make is Sauvignon Blanc; we are here to prove that idea wrong!
We found a stellar one from North Canterbury that is flat-out delicious!
Mt. Beautiful is one of our favorite wineries in New Zealand and this is a perfect example of why. The 2020 Chardonnay is floral and flinty with a full-bodied mouthfeel and a crisp finish that everyone will love.

"A wine that has begun it’s perfect drinking window, still taut and precise with aromas of nut and spice, an amalgamation of tree and citrus fruits along with some bottle development. 2022 Tekstura Redford Wetle Pinot Noir

We featured Tekstura's white at the tasting table last week, and everyone loved it! This is the first time we'll have their Pinot Noir open, and we anticipate a similar result!
This comes from Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, showing a vibrant, aromatic profile with floral notes, red berries like raspberry and boysenberry, and subtle herbal or earthy nuances layered with bright acidity.
This is the perfect Pinot for Spring and Summer!

This is a really cool one!
You don't see Malbec from Sonoma County often, but this is extremely well done!
Richly layered, bursting with blackberry, cassis, cocoa, and warm spice, framed by fine-grained tannins and a long, polished finish. Fruit from Tzabaco Rancho Vineyard and aging in French oak give it a plush, full-bodied texture with depth and balance.
Complex yet easy to drink, this is a fun and exciting wine to enjoy with anything off the grill!

Buehler makes some of our favorite Cabernet Sauvignons in all of Napa Valley, and this is a special one!
Named for the landform in front of John Buehler Sr.’s home, this is the winery’s oldest block of Cabernet Sauvignon and perhaps the best source of fruit.
Dark and brooding with an opaque, almost blue color, this is a beautifully rich style of Cabernet that begs for a steak!
