2020 Uko Cabernet Sauvignon Select Vineyard Reserva

Click to Purchase ($14.99)

If you are drinking Josh, Decoy, Joel Gott or others, this is the wine you NEED to try!

When it comes to finding great values, sometimes you have to go to a specific region and look for off-the-beaten-path wines. Today's offer is a great example.

Mendoza has been synonymous with Malbec, but the lesser-known wines in the region tend to really overdeliver, such as today's offer. Mendoza is also a hot spot for small-production wines that hold the same quality in other regions at a price point 2 or 3 times what you will pay.

This Reserva-level wine is 100% Cabernet sourced from Uko's best plots. It is aged in French Oak for a year to add more richness and structure which allows the wine to age beautifully into the future.

This would hold up to Cabernets from California that are 3 to 4 times the price!

"Blackberries, cassis, cherries, lemon peel, dried lavender, walnuts, bark and baking spices on the nose. Medium to full body with tight, chewy tannins. Dark and structured. Fresh, delicious finish. Drink from 2024." - 92 Points James Suckling
