Cut yourself a slice of time from the L’Horloger. Produced with traditional Swiss craftsmanship, from warming the milk to the final quality controls, every step is carried out with great care.
A creation by the Spielhofer cheese dairy, after more than 180 days maturing in their cellars, this cheese gives way to a multifaceted aroma and flavor. Its rind is engraved with a 60 minute clock face, an ode to the Jura region and its artistic history in watchmaking.
1 minute of L’Horloger is equal to a little more than a quarter of a pound of this incredible cheese.
Buttery, a little fruity, nutty, savory. It has a complex and unique palette, much like the inner workings of a clock. This swiss beauty is unlike any other swiss cheese you’ve tried.
