When our wine team first tasted the 2022 Strade di Puglia we were instantly blown away!
This is made by the famous Torrevento Winery, which received its Equalitas certification for sustainable practices, as well as the award for Sustainable Viticulture from legendary Italian food & wine magazine Gambero Rosso.
A blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Primitivo, they all come together to form a wine that is so much more than just the sum of its parts. We anticipate selling loads of this wine as it makes the perfect year round red for any and every occasion.
Deep ruby red with violet reflections, intense and wide on the nose with a plethora of dark fruit notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with bright fruit and finishes fresh and well-balanced.
