If you love Sauvignon Blanc you HAVE to try this delicious white blend from Tuscany!
Terrescure is a relatively new project from wine veteran Andrea Valiani. The winery was founded in 2016 and is a joint venture with Valiani and his son Marco. Silei was named during the blending process when the Valianis landed on the perfect blend. "Si lei" translates to "she is", as is "she is" perfect.
Silei is a blend of mostly Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc harvested manually in September and vinified separately before the blending process.
Extremely elegant with a floral bouquet of pear and stone fruit leading into a palate that matches the nose beautifully. This is rich and opulent all while staying fresh and thirst-quenching. A true white wine drinker's dream!
Every Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc lover should grab as much of this as they can. As the weather warms up, Silei is the perfect bottle of white to always have on hand!
