The sparkling wine tradition of Monfort was born in 1985 following a dream and a far-sighted vision of Lorenzo Simoni to transform the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the mountain slopes into high-end metodo classico bubbles.
Cuvee 85 is a champagne-esque blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from the mountainous northern Italian region of Trentino.
A rich and stylish sparkler perfect for any occasion!

2021 Credaro Kinship Chardonnay

Everyone needs a solid go-to Chardonnay, and we found a stellar one from Australia's Margaret River.
Credaro was founded over 100 years ago by Italian immigrant Cesare Credaro and is run today by grandson Robert and his children, a true family operation.
Loaded with bright citrus fruit and tons of acidity and just a little nuance of minerality, this is the perfect sipper for any white wine drinker!

"Gingin clone, whole berries and whole bunches wild fermented in tank, matured in French oak for 8 months (30% new). Some vintage conditions suit some houses better than others, and in my opinion, given the northerly position, this vineyard really shines in cooler years like 2021. This remains true to the house style of complex, worked and concentrated, but the cooler season has imbued the wine with spice nuance and delicacy of acidity. Both very good things. This is a wonderful wine, sporting a new label. Well played."

For over 500 years, the Fornerot family has been a mainstay in Saint Aubin, and the premier cru Les Perrieres is perhaps their finest Saint-Aubin bottling from the 2022 vintage.
It is tough to find high-quality Red Burgundy at prices like this, and we are extremely proud of tracking down this wine.
Every Pinot Noir fan needs to taste this Saturday!
"The 2022 Saint-Aubin Rouge Les Perrieres 1er Cru was still in barrel. It has a pleasant, pure, light but transparent bouquet with dark cherries and crushed strawberry fruit. Medium-bodied on the palate, fine tannins frame this red fruit. There's maybe just a little warmth on the finish, but it constitutes a decent, early-drinking Saint-Aubin Rouge." This is 90% Cabernet from the East Napa Foothills and Rutherford, with the balance being Merlot from Spring Mountain.
This is a big, bold and balanced Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon made in a style that aficionados love and have come to expect from the Napa Valley.
There were only 187 cases (just over 7 barrels) of this wine made so grab it while you can!

"The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is such an inviting red. Inky red/purplish fruit, sweet spice, flowers, cedar and mint wrap around the palate in a juicy, pliant wine that delivers the goods.
