Hi all,

There is a simply incredible Italian wine dinner coming up that I can't wait to attend and I know so many of you have been asking for more info about dinners like this that are well worth it ... and this is a BIG ONE!!

The dinner will be held at the brand new Capon's Chophouse in Hackensack NJ, and highlights an incredible selection of Italian wines from some of my all-time favorite producers.

Seating for this dinner is limited, so I put the info on it below.

If you love Italian wines, or want to learn more about the different styles of Sangiovese from around Italy, this wine pairing dinner is a must! From Chianti Classico to Maremma to Montalcino ... all in one night!!

First Course - Chianti Classico
Smoked Pork Chop, Glazed Sour Cherry and Stone Fruit Gastrique, Crispy Rosemary
