Hollick Estates is a boutique winery located in Coonawarra, Australia in the Limestone Coast. This is where some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon is coming from, and the 2020 Red Ridge is a prime example of that!
This comes from all estate fruit grown on the terra rossa soils that Coonawarra is so famous for. A bold Cab rich with blackcurrant, plum, and oak, and has a full-bodied structure and long finish.
Hollick's Red Ridge is the perfect bottle to stock up on for the holiday season!
