2021 Trois Noix Ryan's Vineyard Napa Sauvignon Blanc
$19.99 on sake
Trois Noix produces some of our favorite wines from Napa Valley, and we finally got our hands on their Sauvignon Blanc!
We have been huge fans of their Cabernet Sauvignons and blends for years, but this is the first time we've had their Sauvignon Blanc, and it does not disappoint.
This is a "sancerre-style" Sauvignon Blanc that punches way above its price point. We can't wait for everyone to try this!

"The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Ryan's Vineyard is made from 64% Sauvignon Musque and 36% Sauvignon Blanc. The elegantly styled, medium-bodied palate is lively and refreshing, delivering a quiet intensity of apple-inspired flavors with a spicy kick to the finish."

2019 Hyde Estate Winery Larry Hyde Pinot Noir

Here it is, the star of the tasting table this weekend!
The Hyde Vineyardin Carneros is a place of legend. Wineries like Paul Hobbs, HDV and others source fruit from this vineyard for some of their top cuvees. What most don't know is the vineyard makes a small amount of wine themselves, and this Saturday we are tasting the blockbuster 2019 Pinot Noir!
This is, hands down, the best premium Pinot Noir you will taste this year, so don't miss it this weekend!

"The 2019 Pinot Noir Larry Hyde is composed of 50% Calera selection, plus a mix of Dijon clones and Pommard, sourced from the vineyards around the winery (60%) and another parcel a couple of miles to the north that's a bit warmer (40%). There's very little whole bunch employed here, but the wine is floral and cherry scented, with delicate, ephemeral herbal and sous-bois shadings. Medium to full-bodied, it features a lovely silky texture that's just pure class and a long, elegant finish.
