The sparkling wine tradition of Monfort was born in 1985 following a dream and a far-sighted vision of Lorenzo Simoni to transform the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the mountain slopes into high-end metodo classico bubbles.
Cuvee 85 is a champagne-esque blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from the mountainous northern Italian region of Trentino.
A rich and stylish sparkler perfect for any occasion!

This Sauvignon Blanc from Friuli-Venezia Giulia shocked us, and we can't wait for everyone to try it this Saturday!
Northern Italy crafts some of our favorite mineral-driven wines and the Vini Zuffi has a lovely chalky finish with a bit of flint.
This will honestly have you thinking it is $50 Sancerre!

2023 Quartz Pinot Noir

Quartz is a line of wines crafted by Trasiego Wines in Chile. These wines are sourced from small producers in the Casablanca region, which provide a strong maritime influence and granitic soils with high quartz presence, hence the name!
All of the Quartz wines are vegan, have zero sugar, and are less than 105 calories per serving. Having all of these attributes and still being incredibly tasty is a ridiculous feat.
This is a fresh style of Pinot Noir with intense aromas of fresh strawberries and tart cherries, with notes of rose petals and wild herbs. The well-integrated oak adds elegance and complexity- lightly toasted hazelnut and vanilla notes and very gentle, rounded tannins in the long finish.
