Hollick Estates is a boutique winery located in Coonawarra, Australia in the Limestone Coast. This is where some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon is coming from, and the 2020 Red Ridge is a prime example of that!
This comes from all estate fruit grown on the terra rossa soils that Coonawarra is so famous for.
The nose offers aromas of berries and red fruit, with subtle blended oak and vegetal/herbaceous character. The palate is rich with blackcurrant, plum, and oak, and has a full-bodied structure and long finish. This wine is incredibly complex and will be sure to impress all of the wine drinkers in your life.
