Sauvignon Blanc is extremely hot right now and while most people lean towards New Zealand or the Loire Valley, there are some stunning examples coming from Southern Australia!
The Gill Estate Winery just opened in 2020 but is already making a splash. 100% family-owned and operated, they focus on producing high-quality varietal wines using traditional winemaking. All of their fruit is selected from estate vineyards at the perfect ripeness to ensure fresh fruit and varietal-driven wines.
We were thoroughly impressed with the entire "Rivah" line-up but the Sauvignon Blanc truly stunned! This is an amazing white wine to stock up on for every Fall occasion.
Absolutely perfect for your next get together, or just a weeknight "pop & pour" go-to!
