Fig season is so fleeting so I try to take advantage when I see fresh ones at the markets. In this recipe, fresh and dried figs combine with Meyer lemon juice, green olives, honey, capers, fresh oregano, and white wine to create a sauce for chicken that's bursting with sweet and salty flavors.
