Eric Avila joins Siebert Williams Shank (SWS) as Managing Director and Head of Midwest Region. Based in Chicago, he brings 20 years of experience advising state and local governments, utilities and transportation authority clients on complex municipal financings in senior roles across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin and the Midwest. SWS had a record 2025, as underwriter for 329 municipal transactions with $108 billion in par-amount and Senior Manager on 91 transactions totaling $25 billion.

Rich Reid, SC&H

SC&H, a national consulting and financial services firm, named Rich Reid as EVP of Cloud Applications to lead Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations. Reid brings 35 years of Oracle Cloud experience across industries, including ERP, HCM, and supply chain management. SC&H has specialized in Oracle EPM and data solutions for more than 20 years. With Reid on board, the firm now covers the complete Oracle Cloud portfolio, from initial strategy through long-term support.
