WHY CHARCOAL?Hey Friend,

I’ve been getting this question a lot lately:
“What’s the deal with charcoal in your Utility Bar?”

Totally fair. Charcoal isn’t something most people associate with a great shower—unless you're trying to wash the smell of grilled meat off you after a day manning the BBQ.

Here’s the short version: charcoal works. Like, really works. We use activated charcoal in the Utility Bar because it naturally draws out dirt, oil, and grime—without nuking your skin in the process.

It’s kind of like a magnet for junk your face doesn’t need. But we didn’t choose it just for the benefits. It also makes your grooming routine feel legit.

The dark color, the subtle grit— it just feels good. It feels clean. And because we’re Beardbrand, we made sure the formula still plays nice with your skin and beard. No harshness. No dry-out. Just that clean, detoxed feeling without the drama.

So yeah— charcoal’s not magic. But it’s close. If you haven’t tried the Utility Bar yet, it might be time.

Keep on Growing,
