Best of September 2026

Thu 9:04 PM•beardbrand

BEST OF SEPTEMBER 2026Once a month, we’re pulling together our Beardbrand favorites — from brands we’re geeking out on, style, and haircuts, to sports, inspiration, and all things weird.
Without further ado, here are five of the coolest things that we’ve been digging into over the past month.

FAIRPHONEWhat if you didn’t have to trade your smartphone in every 2 years because it stopped working, and the company you bought it from stopped programming software updates? What if you could easily swap and repair up to 40 different components by yourself? That’s what the Dutch brand Fairphone is offering, and it’s definitely worth a look.

IMOGENE + WILLIE X WRANGER COLLABCone Denim’s White Oak Plant in Greensboro, NC, was America’s last selvedge denim factory. When the White Oak Plant shuttered its doors in 2017, brands stocked up on as much of the iconic denim as they could. What may very well be the last of that selvedge denim is now being released in a collaboration between Wrangler and Imogene + Willie. The first run of men’s jeans has already sold out, but there are two more launches scheduled for this fall.

AMAZING NEW STYLEOver the past five years, fades started to fall in favor of longer, shaggier haircuts have dominated. But when you see a variation of a fade so perfectly executed it makes you wonder if we shouldn’t have been fading the fade after all. Check it out in this Beardbrand Barbershop video.
