2025 San Ponzio Roero Arneis

Those of you unfamiliar with Arneis are in for a wonderful surprise! Every fan of Italian whites needs to check this one out!
This is a fresh, dry white wine from Piedmont’s Roero region, made from the Arneis grape. Crisp and medium-bodied, with bright acidity and flavors of preserved lemon, peach, and melon.
Extremely versatile with food but also refreshing on its own. This is going to be our Fall go-to and everyone should give it a try!

"Yellow color. Aromas and flavors of lemon blossom, peach, fresh coconut, and almond tart with a lively, dry medium-to-full body and a complex, medium-long finish conveying notes of charentais melon and preserved lemons. 2023 The Walls Stanley Groovy Lip Stinger

The Walls is a Washington state winery that makes some of our favorite Rhône Valley-style blends. They are famous for their reds, but this stunning white blend blew us away.
This brings together Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Picpoul, Viognier, and Marsanne. It opens with inviting aromas of ripe golden apple, honeydew melon, chamomile, and orange blossom, followed by flavors of nectarine, Meyer lemon, and crisp green pear. It has a smooth, almost oily texture that we flat-out love!
Only about 600 cases of this were made, and we were lucky enough to get our hands on some!

"The 2023 The Walls Stanley Groovy Lip Stinger is a vibrant and layered white blend composed of 60% Grenache Blanc, 18% Roussanne, 9% Picpoul, 9% Viognier, and 4% Marsanne. Bursting with freshness, it opens with aromas of ripe golden apple, melon, and a touch of chamomile, while hints of dried straw and orange blossom add depth. The palate is oily and seamless, delivering a harmonious balance between its rich texture and a lively streak of citrus-driven acidity. Waves of nectarine, Meyer lemon, and crisp green pear unfold, accented by nuances of almond cream and a whisper of beeswax. About 600 cases produced."

2024 Molino Di Sant'antimo Perpaolo Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon

Fans of Cabernet Sauvignon need to check out this Tuscan gem!
This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from only a 2 Hectare plot of land. The wine itself is as full-bodied as Tuscan wines get, with big fruit notes of blackberry, dark cherry, earth and leather. The wine does spend some time in oak, but not enough to hide the intense flavors of the wine. There are light notes of vanilla and baking spice that come through, but are not dominant.
The Perpaolo is a Cab lover's dream!
"The nose opens with classic notes of black currant and blackberry, layered with black pepper, aromatic herbs, and a subtle hint of pencil shaving that speaks to the wine's varietal purity. On the palate, vibrant dark fruit is beautifully balanced by firmly structured, round tannins, while savory notes of tobacco and dried herbs add depth and complexity. Time in oak lends gentle spice and a silky texture, framing the wine's natural intensity without overwhelming it. The finish is long, complex, and layered, with the fruit lingering alongside subtle earthy and mineral undertones — a true expression of the Montalcino terroir applied to an international variety." - Winery

2019 Friends Of Friends Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Friends of Friends is a full-bodied superstar featuring fruit from two notable areas of Australia's Limestone Coast: Shiraz from Wrattonbully and Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra.
The blend is roughly 65% Shiraz and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it massive fruit but excellent structure and balance.
With 96- and 95-point scores, this is a must-try this Saturday!

"It's sweetly ripe and wonderfully complex on the nose showing dark berry, vanillin oak, clove and violet aromas, followed by a concentrated palate that's gracefully silky and lingering, backed by firm tannins, finishing impressively long and structured. At its best: now to 2037."

Traditional Austrian mountain cheese made exclusively from raw cow’s milk in the Alpine region of Vorarlberg, where it carries the European Union’s Protected Designation of Origin preserving centuries-old cheesemaking traditions.
The milk comes from cows fed a natural diet of fresh alpine grasses, herbs, and hay, with silage strictly prohibited. During its maturation, each wheel is carefully hand-scrubbed with salt water, developing its distinctive brownish-yellow natural rind and firm, smooth, sometimes flaky texture, with only a few small holes throughout.
The flavor is wonderfully rich, nutty, and malty, with younger cheeses offering delicate notes of citrus, honey, and sour cream, while longer-aged wheels become more intense, spicy, and pleasantly pungent.
