The allure of owning a vintage automobile is understandable, from the aesthetics to the feeling of preserving a piece of classic design. Original examples tend to be unreliable, however, and require vigilant maintenance, while restorations bring things back to factory spec, but don't offer modern performance, or comfort. Restomods offer a mix of new and old components, but can vary wildly in quality, and often require a specific knowledge of the build to service.

A Velocity Restoration is different. Their ground-up rebuilds offer the vintage aesthetic with modern convenience. Each vehicle follows a standardized process with quality control, is designed to be serviced by any capable mechanic, and comes with a two-year warranty. While build times are just 14-weeks — much faster than a custom restoration — they also have a selection of builds available off the showroom floor for those who don't want to wait, and offer a dealership experience with trade-ins and financing.

VELOCITY CLASSIC FORD BRONCOS
Among the most sought-after vintage rides, the 1966-1977 Ford Bronco possesses an adventurous spirit. Velocity offers three packages for the Bronco, the Signature Series, which offers classic looks with modern convenience and performance upgrades, the Ranger Package, which does the same but in a Bronco Ranger-inspired design, or the Blackout Package, which puts a modern spin on things by replacing all chrome trim with black equivalents. All three are powered by the reliable Gen III Coyote 5.0L V8 from Ford Performance, good for 460hp that's routed through a smooth 10-speed automatic transmission, and with over 550 builds to date, Velocity is well-trained when it comes to Ford's proto-SUV.

Velocity 1967-1972 Ford F-250 Trucks
With a burly body, spartan cab, and full-size bed, these vintage Ford F-250 trucks were made to get work done. While they're still more than capable as work machines, Velocity's restored models are far more enjoyable for simple errand runs. As with the Bronco, the Signature Series adheres as closely to the original look as possible, with power windows, a digital gauge cluster, a Focal Premium Audio system with a Bluetooth head unit, a Vintage Air air conditioning system, and a classic wood steering wheel. The Heritage Series ups the ante with Italian leather upholstery, a CarPlay-capable head unit, two-tone paint, and Billet aluminum details. Both are outfitted with a custom boxed carbon steel frame, adjustable coil spring suspension, and as with the Broncos, are powered by a modern Ford Coyote V8 paired to a 10-speed automatic.

Velocity Chevrolet K5 Blazer
Before they became glorified grocery-getters and aerodynamic EVs, Chevy Blazers were rugged vehicles, based on their durable, dependable trucks with a small Suburban-sized interior. Velocity's builds, available in both Signature and Heritage series styles, blend classic looks with modern convenience. They start with a custom chassis from Roadster Shop with coilovers at all four corners, are powered by a 455hp, 6.2L LT1 V8 engine from GM paired to a 10-speed automatic for smooth acceleration, and offer upgrades like a modern stereo, Vintage Air HVAC system, and LED headlights, all things you'll also find in Velocity's C10 and K10 truck builds.
