What feeling well means right now

Hi there

I’ve been on the road a lot this month, traveling ahead of a big launch we have coming in October. Between long flights and chasing after my three year old and 18 month old, my digestion and sleep have been completely thrown off. Right now I’m relying on Pre + Probiotic and Sleep Drops to get me back on track, and Magnesium Ease to balance the stress drain of transatlantic flights.

It has got me thinking a lot about routines, and the small rituals that shape our days. The practices we return to when life feels overwhelming, the ones that remind us that wellbeing isn’t about perfection, it is about finding balance where we can.

Health has always felt intuitive for me. I grew up surrounded by the healing traditions of my Colombian family, where plants are central to medicine and wellness is ingrained in daily life. My grandfather, a chemist and professor at Cambridge who dedicated his career to supplement research, also shaped my approach early on. I started The Nue Co to share that perspective: to help people connect with their bodies through products and rituals that are beautiful and genuinely effective.

That’s why I am so proud to be launching a new series, The Art of Feeling Well. It is rooted in everything we believe as a business: that caring for your health is both an art and a science.

Through the voices of our community, we’ll share the many ways people nurture their nervous system, create calm, and find balance in their day. Think of it as a living journal; part inspiration, part gentle reminder that feeling well is personal and always within reach.
