A New Chapter for Book

Devin Booker is starting a new chapter in Phoenix.

Beginning with the 2026-27 season, Booker will wear No. 15 for the Phoenix Suns — a tribute to his father, Melvin Booker, who wore the number during his basketball career.

"I've been chasing 15 my whole career," Booker said. "It's always been a family number."

For 11 seasons, Booker built a legacy in No. 1. Five All-Star selections. Countless unforgettable moments. The franchise’s all-time leading scorer. Now, he’s honoring the person who helped make it all possible.

More than a number change, No. 15 represents family, legacy, and the journey that brought Booker to Phoenix and helped shape him into the player, and person, he is today.
