This stuff is a miracle! Before Soylent I mostly ate cereal, frozen food, and take out. I had begun counting my calories to see if I was eating enough and discovered I was getting maybe 800-1000 calories in an average day. I'd work all day and at 8pm desperately try to eat a day's worth of food all at once but just couldn't consume enough in one sitting. Now, since it takes no time or effort to prepare my food I can take in meals throughout the day, like a normal person, and I feel so much better! More energy and my skin has improved.
