Hotel Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible, the hotel reservation must be booked on the Southwest® Hotels website via the link provided between 12:01 a.m. CT on September 30, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. CT on October 7, 2024. Eligible stays must occur between September 30, 2024 and April 30, 2025. Strictly limited to Customers who enter their Rapid Rewards® number at purchase checkout for select hotels. The additional 2,000 points for bookings cannot be applied to existing bookings or retroactively applied to bookings. Southwest Hotels reserves the right to not award the additional 2,000 points for bookings at any time if it detects fraud, stacking of bonuses, technical errors, cancel/rebooking activity (defined by identical search criteria), or ANY other deceptive behavior attempted to circumvent the limits expressed above. The additional 2,000 points for bookings are automatically applied to eligible Customer's Rapid Rewards account associated with the number applied at purchase checkout within eight weeks, after successfully completing their stay at the booked property. The points may be awarded separately from the base points awarded. Additional points will count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass® qualification, unlike other Southwest Hotels offers. Second Hotel Terms and Conditions:

This offer is limited to reservations made on the Southwest® Hotels® website via the link provided between 12:01 a.m. CT September 30, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. CT October 7, 2024. Eligible stays must occur between September 30, 2024, and April 30, 2025.

This promotion offers a 2,000 Rapid Rewards® points discount per transaction on hotel reservations paid for only using Rapid Rewards points between the booking period. Check out must be completed on or before April 30, 2025. This offer is limited to one per customer and one per stay. Promotional offers cannot be applied to existing bookings or retroactively applied to bookings not made using the link above. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other bonuses or offers.

To redeem points on hotels via the Southwest Hotels website, Members must login to their Rapid Rewards account.

This promotional offer doesn't apply if the hotel reservation is totally or partially canceled. The Rapid Rewards Member must complete the stay as it was originally made in the reservation. For date changes, if refundable, the customer must cancel the reservation and rebook. If the new reservation is made outside the promotional period specified above or doesn’t comply with the terms of this offer, the Southwest member will not be eligible for the 2,000 Rapid Rewards points discount.
