Contract Extension A 'Dream Come True' For Seahawks Tackle Abraham Lucas
|
The Seahawks signed right tackle Abraham Lucas to a three-year contract extension on Thursday, locking up one of their top offensive linemen who is also a tone-setter for the offense.
"I'm still trying to process everything," Lucas said prior to Thursday's practice. "I'm ecstatic about it. It's been a journey and I'm so thankful to be here."
For a player who grew up in Everett before attending Archbishop Murphy High School and Washington State University, continuing his career for his hometown team is a dream scenario.
