To share a little holiday cheer, Seahawks Safety Julian Love and the Seahawks Dancers stopped by Virginia Mason Medical Center’s Critical Care Unit this week. They spent time with heart surgery patients recovering in the hospital, bringing smiles, encouragement, and community spirit.

To celebrate the conclusion of the Seahawks’ 2025 Game Changers program, presented by BECU, youth from Boys & Girls Clubs across King County came together for an action-packed day of activities. Students enjoyed competitive games of dodgeball and basketball, along with a lively video-game tournament with former Seahawk Garry Gilliam.
