Supporting those affected by the fires

Hey,

The recent fires in Los Angeles have hit close to home for us at Ridge.

Having started our journey here in LA over a decade ago, our team has deep roots in this community. Some of us have lost homes, others were evacuated, and we've all been affected by seeing our city and neighbors face such devastating challenges.

In times like these, we're reminded of what matters most. While it's been a difficult period, we're incredibly grateful that our team members are safe. The courage of our firefighters and resilience of our LA community has been both humbling and inspiring – we've opened our Santa Monica office as a donation center and have been moved by the outpouring of support.

This week, we're donating $50,000 to support those affected by the fires. If you're able to help, we encourage you to contribute to the relief efforts in any way you can – every bit makes a difference.

LA isn't just where Ridge was founded – it's our home. And when our home is hurting, we stand together.
