Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday, but this one feels different.
Nearly 13 years ago, my Dad and I were scrambling through our first Black Friday fulfilling Ridge orders. Now I'm sitting here with my wife, our son, and our second child who just arrived—and those early days with Dad feel like a lifetime ago.
Funny how things change. Back then, it was about building a company. Now, with a newborn keeping me up at night, I realize we were really building something bigger—a way to provide for the people we love.
That's what I'm most thankful for this year. Your support has given me the chance to do both.
